Four more covers. Vote for your favorite. If you’re wondering, the novel has to do with vanity plates.

I think the first is the cleanest and the best.

The others muddy the vanity plate waters, cause me to wonder why they are being repeated?

The vanity plate motif is a keeper, no doubt. Of the ones posted, I agree that the first one is the best. (I think we are all talking about the one in the earlier posting, not the first one in this grouping of four.)

I wouldn't mind seeing one with the title in a vanity plate and your name in a much smaller plate (but no vanity plate for "a novel"). I don't know if I would prefer it, but it might be interesting.

Thanks for the input, everyone. The cover is going to be printed on stark white paper so I thought the repeated plates would add a little color. I’m thinking about using the first one in this post, without the "A Novel" or maybe "A Novel" in script. But then, I like the 4th one too. I’m getting a little obsessive.

Also…the four plates make some thematic sense. Maybe I'll get a couple of different covers printed up and see which one looks best in book form. I am thinking about this a lot.

I'm with the others; the first ine is the best. But, no matter. I just want to read the thing, regardless of the cover.

Sideways reminds me too much of the Naked Lunch reissue. I’m going to keep it simple and go with the first cover in this post without "A Novel." Hope you don’t hate that.
