I can hardly walk.

I would pay money for this. Seriously, if Atlantic has any sense at all, they'll sign you up right now. Top 40 all the way, and I mean that in the best possible sense.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8020282.post-1168721729200843502007-01-13T12:55:00.000-08:002007-01-13T12:55:00.000-08:00As a keen guarist from my scholl years back in the...As a keen guarist from my scholl years back in the 70s, I found my biggest frustration was sounding like the recording star I was following athe time. Each effects pedal would cost a weeks wages and the amp, 4 to 6 weeks to get a good one. I dont play much more, but I am envious of those today who can focus on sognwriting as the sounds are there at a touch of the button and at prices even teenagers can afford.Yet with all this, there does not seem to be any real new music aroung nowadays, just revamps of old songs or old sounds.
Mark
Cheap Breakdown Cover | Driving Experiencebreakdownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15455193914044264105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8020282.post-1168565187942751452007-01-11T17:26:00.000-08:002007-01-11T17:26:00.000-08:00Yes, I suppose there has been an unlabeled "End" t...Yes, I suppose there has been an unlabeled "End" to my participation on that blog.

As for the novel, I've told my wife she can read it once I've given it one very thorough revision. I'm nowhere near that right now. Besides, I would feel bad if you read it, because I still haven't read the copy of North of Sunset sitting next to my bed.Charliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12071274270321190889noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8020282.post-1168562640231564002007-01-11T16:44:00.000-08:002007-01-11T16:44:00.000-08:00Nice track, Henry! Hearing your rather Downey Mildew-esque track gives me confidence. It can do an incredible amount of stuff for having come free with my computer. I mixed it with Logic Express.

Cool about the novel. I want to read it, but you wouldn’t even send me that one story way back.Henry Baumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09222144871856444411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8020282.post-1168558139039911822007-01-11T15:28:00.000-08:002007-01-11T15:28:00.000-08:00Woo hoo! The computer certainly has not given your music an impersonal tone. Do you use Garage Band? Or is that hopelessly inadequate for the level you're at?

I took advantage of some time off for the new baby and my inability to read Ash Tree to write a first, very rough, currently unsatisfying draft of a novel. The longest thing I've written by a factor of ten. Feels good to hold it.Charliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12071274270321190889noreply@blogger.com
