Another Dentist

You can now read the PDF for the Falling from the Sky anthology online, including my story, Camera Shy.

After you read it, donate here or buy the printed book.

Last night I finished the rough draft on a story about a dentist who visits a psychic. Help me think of a title. In the running:

1. Dentist
2. Whitening
3. Wisdom Teeth
4. Root Canal

C’mon, there have to be some other good dental terms out there.

(Hi Henry!)

Gosh, it's hard to say without knowing more about the story.

Rinse and Spit
Tooth Decay
Under the Drill

P.S.: I am reading Revolutionary Road. Wow!

"Non-Intravenous Conscious Sedation" is catchy.

Stupidly, I didn't check these comments for a while. Hey, Spiral. Good to see you still come back here. Currently, I'm going with the completely dry but appropriate: Dentist. Though I like Conscious Sedation. And something to do with spitting or decay.

Yo man, i would suggest a title but depends on you to get it. Well, title is The Care Of The Teeth. In which also could become a wonderful title to set.

Doris, for someone who promised to review my novel, and didn't, you sure spam my blog a lot.

Anonymous, I like the idea, but the story's in English.

Hey Henry, I'm a few weeks late here, but my dentist gave me something called 'Twilight Sleep' which I am guessing was simply a valium injection before a particularly elaborate root canal. I thought it had a nice pleasant ring to it, and sure enough I had basically an out-of-body, vaguely paranormal experience. The canned dentist office music played Hello Its Me by Todd Rundgren, one of my all-time fav songs, so that made it all the more bizarre.

Cool, Heather, you might have the winner. Right in line with the story. Last word: sleep. Who knew this would work.

Maybe I'll post the story here, even if I send it out, or instead of sending it out. Meantime, read Camera Shy. Please.

For anyone keeping score, I've been working on my novel now so not making any music, blogging obsession turning to ash, for the moment.

All dentist are the same. Always trying to sell you something you dont need.
