This is real. You can’t fake crazy. There’s another one where Lily Tomlin goes off on David Russell: here. Not sure which scene came first. Have you seen the movie? It’s about self-help.
I loved that movie... so it's really, really strange to see this. (Caught it on the local "news" this morning.)
Of course, who hasn't gotten totally frustrated and exploded all over a co-worker? Makin' a movie's just another job.
In this particular case, when all is said and done, all involved have lots of reasons to be proud of the finished product... regardless of what they had to go through to get there.
